CLMBING CENTRE THRESHOLD

To create a notion of "descending" down into the building, the climbing centre threshold forms part of a wide open space that invites the user to walk down into the area. The sheltered outside climbing wall offers a contrast to the rest of the interior whilst the large curtain wall and looking glass allows lots of light and offers various viepoints

SKATE PARK | LOOKING GLASS

To emphasise the theme of "promoting activity" within my project, the double aspect curtain wall 'Looking Glass' became a focal point in blending space together. Whilst also providing easy vertical access via the staircase, the Looking Glass inspires both cyclists. climbers and onlookers when the space is at full use.
