  • Potentially not suitable for Stretford’s annual climate

  • Promote the growth of people cycling in the area

  • Events on the rooftop or by the canal

  • Over-capacity in a small area of town could lead to the area being overwhelming for the function of space

Focus on large green spaces with a central hub as the key building within the site.
